Progress and continued renovations
We have completed extensive renovations over the past 12 years at Golden Pond RV Resort and we continue to strive to make it a place to be proud of for our residents, snowbirds, seasonal and weekend campers.

Some of the improvements include
Clean, modern showers and washrooms with heated floors that are located in the building by the pool. This building also houses the washers and dryers in the 24 hour laundry room. A 98’ deck has been added to the rec hall which overlooks the pond. Fountains were installed to aerate the pond and add a calming and relaxing atmosphere after a busy and hectic day/week. The fountains also light up at night. The heating system in the recreation hall makes it a very comfortable venue for our special events held in the early and late part of the season and for our regular weekly activities in the cold winter months. There are new washrooms and showers located in the recreation hall as well.

A new restaurant/store overlooking the pond was built for your convenience and for those times when you deserve to treat yourself.

Our new office opened at the beginning of the 2013 season. Mailboxes were installed for all sites so that everyone at Golden Pond RV Resort will conveniently receive communications, bulletins and messages. New gates were installed and more parking at the front entrance was added.

The Horseshoe pits have been rebuilt and are in top shape and the pool will get a new liner this spring.

For the Snowbirds
Progress continues in the “E section” that will consist of park models geared to snowbirds or those who would like to extend the regular season. It is a lifestyle that is (close to being) maintenance free living. Each site is fully serviced with 50 amp electrical service, natural gas, frost free water and sewer hook-up. There is also capability for cable and phone, if needed. All units in this section are on a cement pad and anchored down. Each unit is fully finished including walkways and landscaping. There is a large deck (approx. 10’ x 30’) with railings and steps. Also included is a double concrete driveway and 10’x10’ shed. The shed is well insulated and has a 4’ overhang and double doors (that can fit a golf cart), 2 windows (that open), hydro and some shelving. We make your “move-in” experience as convenient and easy as we can.

We are extremely proud of the positive comments we have received about cleanliness of our facilities and improvements we’ve made, to date. We will continue to improve our park and facilities.
