To help you adapt to your surroundings there will be a “Welcome to Golden Pond RV Resort” binder with information on park facilities, local attractions, gas stations, grocery stores and churches in the area.
A check-out cleaning procedure will provide instructions for the camper so the trailer can be left in the same condition it was found. Cleaning supplies will be provided for your use. This will enable Golden Pond RV Resort to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
A contract must be signed when you check in and if you do not comply with the contract, charges may be applied to your credit card.
High Season : May 1 – September 30
Discount 15% in low season.
At time of booking a $200.00 Security deposit is required and full amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
All bookings include 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 18).
- Cancellation: Received more than 30 days to your arrival will result in a fee of $100.00.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your arrival will result in fee of $200.00.
- If we are able to fill your cancelled reservation we will refund 80% of your deposit.
- Extra People - $10 per person per night
- Pets – are an extra $20 per pet per night.
